![]() Available Job Openings Director of Special Projects & Program Development The Center for Health and Development is currently seeking an experienced professional with extensive knowledge and skills in program development, annual fund campaigns, special events planning, donor solicitation, planned giving, public relations and communications as they relate to fundraising and organizational development to coordinate our fundraising efforts. Responsibilities include working with foundations, private donors, and other philanthropic organizations, conducting grant research and preparing proposals, assisting in program performance evaluations, Annual Meeting planning, and publishing quarterly newsletters and annual reports. The
newly created position, which may be full or part-time,
is a member of the executive team, reports to the President
& Chief Executive Officer, and will work closely
with other senior staff and with the Fundraising Committee
and other moments of the Board of Directors. Candidate must have a bachelor's degree is a related field and a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated professional experience and history of success in program management and evaluation, direct fundraising with responsibility for strategic planning and implementation of fundraising, grant writing and proposal development, and communications initiatives in a nonprofit environment. Residential Counselor ll Position Summary: Center for Health & Development is looking for individuals who have a genuine concern for and who want to make a difference in the lives of people with behavioral health issues. The Residential Counselor is part of a team of dedicated people who provide support, advocacy, counseling & guidance to individuals in their care. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in psychology or related field preferred. Experience in a residential setting and writing treatment plans, progress notes, etc. Excellent verbal and written skills. Valid driver's license required. Salary $22,500 to 25,000 Locations: Wakefield, Framingham, Weymouth Center for Health offers three weeks vacation, four personal days, health & dental coverage and company paid life and short & long term disability insurance.
