 Senior Executives
Stella joined CHD February 1997 as the Information System Manager, and became its Director of Public Health in 2002. Most recently she was appointed as Director of the Alpha Day Rehabiliation program. Stella has over ten years experience in health care services, information system management, quality/program evaluation and project management in HIV/AIDS program, family planning/reproductive health and mental health services. Ms. Eziashi worked with United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Pathfinder International as a Program Officer from 1990 to 1995 where she was in charge of a national health information system, grants management, project monitoring, strategic planning, and budget development. Stella received a Master's degree in Public Health from Boston University. She is a member of American Public Health Association and International Health Care Coalition.
Jacob joined CHD in March of 2001. He has over twenty years of experience in accounting and finance, including more than twelve years as a senior finance manager in the human service industry. Before moving to human services, he was employed by M\A-Com, Inc., a fortune 500 company, where he held positions in internal audit and cost accounting. As the chief financial officer, Jacob is responsible for ensuring CHD's compliance with state contracting and expenditure regulations, accurate and timely recording and reporting of financial results, contracting and budgeting process, purchasing and vendor relations, Human Resources, Employee Benefits and Payroll, information systems, and all general accounting functions. Jacob received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley College located in Waltham, Massachusetts.
