Mission
The
Center for Health and Development, Inc., is committed to providing
meaningful opportunities for men and women who are recovering from
a severe and persistent mental illness, or who have a mental illness
as well as a diagnosed substance dependency, to develop a greater
sense of self-value while actively participating in their own rehabilitation.
We encourage and promote family and community involvement,
education on behavioral health issues, and public policy that enhance
our ability to offer our consumers the highest quality psychosocial,
residential, forensic mental health, and public health services
that foster and sustain their own unique vision of recovery and
long-term self-reliance.
